Pampa has served on a number of boards in various capacities including Secretary of the Cultural Arts Council of Houston/Harris County; she was the first Latin American Board Member of The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, where she also served as Chairman and Latin American Advisor of the Photography Subcommittee, Chairman of Membership Drive, and on the XX Century, Bayou Bend, Pre-Columbian Art, Decorative Arts Subcommittees and member of the Latinas Art Council.
She has also served on the Boards of University of Houston’s Blaffer Gallery and the Houston Center for Photography, as Latin American Advisor to Houston FotoFest; the International Center for Photography, New York; La Maison de l’Amérique Latine, Paris; guest editor of Crabtree Publishing Company and Cultural Arts Advisor to the Casa Argentina de Houston.
